4. Product Orders & Quotations

Bulk orders, licensed toy enquiries, private-label requests and quotations are subject to confirmation by Teddy Toy in writing. A quotation shared by us is valid for the period stated therein and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal purchase order is issued by you and accepted by us. Minimum order quantities, lead times, tooling costs and packaging requirements will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, statutory levies or exchange rates. Applicable taxes, freight, insurance and handling charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Payment terms, advance requirements and credit arrangements are agreed in writing on a per-order basis.

6. Manufacturing & Quality Standards

Teddy Toy operates an ethically audited, SEDEX-certified manufacturing facility with a capacity of approximately 60,000 units per month. Every product passes through defined quality-control checkpoints covering material safety, electronic function testing, stitching integrity and finishing. While we adhere to rigorous quality benchmarks, buyers are responsible for confirming that products meet the regulatory requirements of their destination market before import or resale.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

Leveraging our proximity to Haldia Port and Kolkata, we facilitate efficient domestic and export logistics. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including port operations, customs clearance, weather and force majeure events. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms specified in the order confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All Teddy Toy branding, logos, product designs, tooling, artwork, text, images and content on this website are the property of Teddy Toy or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, the Trade Marks Act, the Designs Act and other applicable intellectual property laws of India. Officially licensed characters remain the property of their respective rights holders. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for any purpose without our prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Any designs, drawings, samples, pricing, tooling details or business information exchanged between Teddy Toy and a business partner in the course of a project shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose for which it was disclosed. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teddy Toy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of business arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Indemnity
